IM Leverage and Adsense Bans

Hello Warriors,

I have questions regarding techniques that would seem logical to pursue with adsense sites once you have a good technique for doing KW research and backlinking. Leverage is what internet marketing is all about but I wonder what kinds of risks you run when you really apply it. I would love to hear your thoughts on the risks to your adsense account associated with the following strategies.

1. Once you find an effective CTR template you want to take advantage of it. If you took a good template and created 1,000 1-3 page sites across 1,000 different keywords(loaded with a 75%+ unique content and appropriate keywords of course), would the act of mass duplicating/spamming this template be considered a bannable offense? Again, assume that every single page/site on it's own complies with the rules set down by the Adsense TOS and policies.

2. What if you find an easy to rank keyword(ezwidgets) and then using cloned templates, saturate the search results returned. Again assume that each page/site has unique content and complies with Adsense TOS and policies.

Would this type of technique risk getting your account banned?
