|  Adsense Strictly for Traffic?
Will having Adsense on my site improve my search engine traffic and rankings in Google? Is this purely a myth? I co-run a baseball website (mopupduty.com) and I'm looking to improve upon traffic. I ran Adsense for a small spell a few years back and it earned next to nothing. I'm thinking of putting one 125x125 ad in my sidebar with no illusions of making any $$$, just improving rankings. Does anyone have any experience in a scenario similar to this? Thanks, Matthias |

Hello Matthias! About adsense helping your page rank and increasing your traffic, it's not going to happen by placing adsense banner. My suggestion is do following methods to increase your traffic and PR. Submitting Articles, Blog commenting, Forum posting, Bookmarking, RSS submission, Posting videos, Press release, Directory submission, Social network, Free traffic system, Paid links. Jamian. |

matthias-koster - Putting adsense on your site will not help your rankings. I would work on all the things Jamian stated, as well as forum profile backlinking.
