How do you get started with this though, seems a good idea but you gotta make sure you get a good guest! Is it best to invite ?

I think what you are talking about is guest posting. They are quite common these days but Google have put some condition in this as well. They say that whenever you use some guest post then you need to keep the link in the article as no-follow...

So just wondering what help you can get from these plans.
