Default BIE - best practices?

G'day warriors

Just wondering what methods you find best when using BIE...

Should I stick to dofollow sites only - or will nofollow still help in indexing?
Do you use 1 random post per url or post all of them at the same itme?
And how many bie's do you run simultaneously?

So far the web 2.0 sites that are still working for me and are dofollow are:

blogger
myspace
tumblr
jaiku
multiply
vox
typepad

for some reason posterous isn't working

Hey I'm not quite sure what you mean about checking the settings...

Drop Tumblr, they will eventually remove your site!

The key to make it work - Build and train Google bot to visit your blogs and web 2.0 sites frequently. You can do that by backlinking to your ping.fm sites and use scrapebox to send mass comments to them, within a week or two, they'll get into business gradually!

Thanks KKchoon. By the way, how you actually write comments and send mass comments to sites? FYI, people would normally spam comments by including anchor text links directed to their websites.

Thx kkchoon, I'll drop tumblr. Are you using posterous btw?

Any idea how many of these scripts I can run safely per webhost?

Well seems like the BIE method might die off - ping.fm just made getting a key much harder...

Do you know if I can use my other key for the new account?
