Adsense - increase traffic without reducing cpc

I have a site which pays a high amount per click with adsense. What I want to do is to increase traffic to that site (outside of traditional search engines where the majority of traffic is currently coming from), but am wary of reducing the amount that I am paid per click which is likely to happen in many cases due to smart pricing.

Anyone got any ideas on the best ways to go about this or the best sources of traffic?
