These promotional coupons are usually for new accounts, less then 30 days old or something like that. I might be wrong. |

Yes only for new users. You still have to pay anyways. You have to put $10 in there to activate the account, and THEN it credits you the funds. So pretty much with this $75 coupon what would happen is you start your adwords account with $10 and have a balance of $85 to use. This is how most of their free adwords promotions work. Could be wrong though. |
