|  Webassign And Webassignpeople.com Is Trademark/Brand Violation?
So there is Webassign.com and Webassign.net - legal authoritative websites of brand Webassign. One guy sells domain name webassignpeople.com Does that mean it is in violation of trademark/brand rights? If i buy domain, then do i risk of losing it in the future? Thanks. |

It always depends on the company. There is a risk, however not all companies track or even care that you are using their company name in your domain. You certainly won't be immediately reprimanded. If they want you to stop, they will send you a cease and desist letter. Listen to them and you will avoid trouble. If you are building a big business based on your site you might want to consider a new domain. |
