Will adding a unique destination url to my live keywords change its history?

I've already got this Adwords campaign running for quite a while. If I decide to add a unique destination url to my keywords then will it rest my keyword histories back to zero?

I tested this out by adding a unique destination url to one of my non-converting keywords and it looks like its impressions and clicks still remained the same but I'd like some confirmation on this before I continue with the rest of my keywords.
