Adwords AD appearing in Natural Results

Hi All,

I wonder if any of you have come across this before.
I was doing some keyword research for one of my sites and I identified a keyword which I wanted to target.

The first thing I do, is "Google it" to see what competition pops up.
There was one website I hadnt seen before on page 1 and so I clicked on it to have a look. HOWEVER when I put my mouse over the search result, the display url was that of a Google Adwords ad. It was in natural position 5 and was not indicated as an paid advert.

I have a screen grab if this needs further clarification, but I am interested to hear if others have seen this ?
