I want to make a big AdSense website. My website will contain 10 categories, each with 5 subpages i.e. articles. This totals to 50 articles. I am concerned about on which level these articles will reside. I have 2 choices in mind: 1. www.mysite.com/category/webpage - 3rd level 2. www.mysite.com/webpage - 2nd level Which is best for SEO and AdSense? |

Personally, I believe that adding posts into categories, via 1. on your list is best. I found that having a broad term keyword for the category helps SEO alot. You may find yourself ranking for extra, more broad keywords by creating categories as you said. |

Choose option 1. if you want to get SERP for those category keywords, but also use that "category" as keyword inside text.

If your articles are linked from front page it doesn't matter if they are level 2 or 3. Use the /category version, adds extra weight for those keywords.

If I where you. I would go for the number 1. Just change the category with the real category for the webpage. For i.e if the page is about seo then put in the category seo/webpage.
