Tag Cloud Ads- vs -Adsense Ads.. Which Wins?

Hi Everyone, Sandy here...

I've run across some websites that have Tag Clouds that go directly to affiliate sites/pages.
If someone clicks on a cloud tag link, it goes directly to a merchant's page
with the site owners affiliate id attached.

Which do you see having a better Click Thru Rate? And/Or Better Income?
Affiliate Cloud Tag Links? Or Adsense Ads?

The Cloud Tag Ads I saw had 10 links, as opposed to,
about 4 for Adsense ads.

I think that everyone has been programmed to click on Adsense ads, rather than any other ad out there. But, the only way to tell is to try both out yourself and see what you come up with.
