How to pick a MFA Niche?

So for a while now i have been wanting to create some simply 4 page Made for Adsense sites, however as with everything IM related i come up against the major hurdle. Picking a niche. I find it so hard to find decent niches, and even when i do i always dismiss them due to some small reason.

So, how do you guys pick your niches?

Start by thinking of things you are interested in. This will make it easier for you to create your sites, especially if you will be writing your own content. Also, think of things people are searching for a solution on...think debt, credit, loans, etc. That's where the high CPC keywords are.

If you can answer the following then you could find your niche(without any hurdle :-)).
I always use this before starting in IM.

Who are your customers?
Who is the competition?
What problems do they have?
What problems can you solve?
Is someone willing and able to write a check to hire you to solve the above mentioned problems?

MFA sites are a "dime a dozen" I even give away over 300 of them on one of my sites, but if you insist, consider these niches:

Aerobic Exercise
Weight loss
Pain Relief
Vacations
Finance
Green Energy
Make Money
Acne

MFA hasn't even scratched the surface in whole areas of stuff.

Best strategy: pick something you are already passionate about and would do even for free. That way you will stick with it and win no matter what. But analyze your competition and chances before you plunge.
