How easy is it to recreate this MFA site `school grants.org`

Hi Guys,

Many of you already know of this site http:// www.school-grants.o rg/ , I just wondered how easy it would be to recreate a site like it ?

I`m not very good at coding ect ect and dont know how to look inside a site is this a HTML site or is there a WP theme that could create a layout like this ??

I've turned most of my sites into that layout.
It is not hard.
I don't know if it is a theme.

The way I do it is with php.
Just get a server (most) that is php ready.
No, you don't need to actually know any php, except
a few lines to include pieces. Html, yes.
I make one header, one side bar, and a footer.
The only part you really change each time is the content.
Once you make one page, use that as a template.
Each page you make gets a link in the side bar.
Save each page as domain.com/article-title.php
Know how to do tables to wrap the text around the ads.

Find articles and spin them to your liking. Add them as
you go along. Pretty soon you have a page with 50+
articles.

There is probably a template that does it, but for me
it does not take that long to hand code it. And I like
doing it.

Can this be created with a WP theme by any chance ?

Yes it can be created with a wordpress theme. Check out this software:
Artisteer - joomla template generator and wordpress theme generator

That software makes custom wordpress themes and you could definitely build that into a very simple theme.

do a search for adsense wordpress themes and
browse them to find on that is similar.
I think blue sense is close, but not exactly.

Or, hiring a programmer is always an option.
Once they set it up, to maintain it and add to
it is easy.

That software could build it for a fair price and then you can build all of your themes with it. It's point and click. Very simple. Free trial on their site. Check it out man. I love that software and couldn't get anywhere without it anymore.

This site design is really good, the only thing to note is if your looking to get a site as succesfull as that, you need to put in a lot of work. That site is a 6-12 months in the making to get it to be so successfull. Adding quality content daily at first, to then once per week, while backlinking each article.

Thank you for your helpful advice but i already have some large adsense sites (well 15 pages, not large i guess) i know what needs doing,

I have a reference (wordpress) site where i work at, and then i clone the site wwith "backupbuddy". Ironically, my latest loan/finance sites look VERY similar to that one.

1) Wordpress
2) Thesis Theme (or free alternatives)
3) Easy adsenser plugin
4) ?
5) Profit!

you need to put in a lot of work. That site is a 6-12 months

LOL! Are you serious? As i stated above, i make such a site in 10 minutes, the rest is feeding it with content from Seolinkvine or whatever other means of semi-automated content.

There is nothing IN THE SLIGHTEST special or exciting about that site or design. Its a standard theme w/ standard (although good) Adsense placement and some articles on it.

i do it for you, get your domain and in 10 minutes you have it. Ah..wait..i cant share the thesis theme...but i could use a free one. What's your budget? PM me.

Alternatively, you could purchase Thesis theme (its a little pricey tho) and i would simply copy over a design of mine to your domain...or i use a free theme and tweak it a bit. Depends on you
