I want to release the holds on my adsense payments

Hi,
There is a payment hold on my account, and it has been for a while now because i didn't pick my payments the last time from western union after they were issued and 60 days passed.

I wasn't able to pick my payments because i was traveling and i was no where near a western union branch.

I tried contacting adsense support, but they didn't respond.
and when i enter my account it says action required to release hold on payments and when i follow the instructions i get nothing too.

This happened before with me and i contacted adsene and they removed the hold at once, i don't know whats happening this time.
Any idea how to remove this hold from my payments?
