Default OK Guys, I need your opinoin about PPC campaign

Ok so im looking to start a ppc campaign for an e-book (clickbank), and I'm wondering if this is a good strategy. Any advanced PPC'ers let me know.

My site has information (5 articles) about a particular ailment. From all the ppc research i have been reading, it seems i need to group my keywords by category, and drive the corresponding category traffic to the appropriate landing page.

Now, my quesion is, do i promote the the product im try to sell on those landing pages, or do i direct traffic to another page which has a review of the product.

Here is a quick example:

keyword: How to look 10 years younger

Ad Copy:
Look Younger
Follow my quick and easy tips to
look 10 years younger.
www.whatever.com
destination url: whatever.com/look-10-years-younger.

Then The landing page would be an article (500 words, optimized for keywords), with basically a free article on ways to look 10 years younger.

At the bottom of the article I would have a picture of the book im promoting, and big bold letters saying something like:

"Click Here to learn How I looked 10 years younger by using this secret product that the celebrities use."

Or something to that effect.

Then on the following page, a product review (story) of how i used product xyz to look 10 years younger. Then of course, strategically place affiliate links on the page.

My real dilemma is, am I going to spend a ton of money targeting people looking for free info, or will i get some conversions using this method?

I know your gonna say test it out, but im wondering if anyone else uses this strategy. Let me know. Thanks.

Robert

How To Look Years Younger
With stunning new and fresh results
Now Begin to look 10+ years younger
LookYearsYounger.com/-StartingToday

The page you land on will be trial and error, so you will need to test it out, the click here at the bottom is your call it may be better to just have a good banner or text link with out the corny stuff, but again trial and error.

The free info stuff is just a matter of keeping an eye on your keys ad adding any wayward ones to your negative keys list.

Not all ventured turns into gold so it's more add more kettles to the fire to see what boils.
