Pretty Link for my affiliate links

Hey all,

Few questions, and would appreciate any help on them!

I just started out using Pretty Link on my WP blog , and wondering what type of redirect i should use for my affiliate links - 301 or 307?
Not sure how google might look at these redirected links on my blog ... or if either one of the 301 or 307 passes or does not pass my affiliate id to the advertiser / vendor appropriately?
Also, should i consider using the pixel tracking? not sure how this option works
should i mark my masked affiliate / pretty links as no-follow? or does it even matter much ..

Basically looking for the simplest and most effective way to use pretty link for my affiliate urls, where i still get credit for my sales through the advertiser and google won't penalize me.
