Sugg.bid in GK sktool, Est Avg CPC in GAKW what is the diffenence ??

Hi Guys,
Can somebody please help me understand the difference between google adwords `Est Avg CPC` and google SKtools `sugg.bid` ??

I`m looking to find high paying ads to use for a adsense site and have just found a keyword that gets $70 in SKtool`s sugg.bid, but when i type it into GAKW the Est Avg CPC is a tiny 0.50 ??

Can anybody explain and tell me if i`m totally wrong in thinking this keyword will give me a high click payment !
