Needing Some help and advice

I have an established site with #1 google rankings. I have recently updated adsense on the site and now I'm looking to expand my marketing and produce money.

What is some advice you can give me for gaining vastly more traffic, backlinks and overall ability to make money?

Ok.

You have #1 ranking already and making money with Adsense.
Good for you!

To keep that position, keep building backlinks from different sources, Blogs, forums, articles, bookmarks, directories, videos etc....

Making more money.
Do you have the option to signup for a free report?
If not do it.
Get leads.
It is still true, the money is in the list.
Get an autoresponder and set it up to send out messages after they download your free report.
have a backend sale behind it or promote another paid product from you or a paid product from someone else!

would this work in my case?

The site I run is for a gaming interview site. This directly involves that singularity. While we have all the before mentioned tools on the site I'm not sure how to make money compared to plug in sites

ps: what sort of free reports?

Give them a free report about gaming.
Think about it, can't be that hard

Just open Word and start typing.
You will be amazed how fast you can create a 30 page report

Why are they doing that?

So now,

Since my site is based off interviews / commentary and theres really no object to sell are there other ways I should focus on to gain traffic? Or should I invent a product to sell for the site?

so im still looking for some support and ideas to support growth and money for my site. We have an extremely unique niche not yet explored online and we already have #1 google ranks.

Right now our goal is to reach top 100k Alexa ranks and overall grow vastly. Any ideas on SEM or SEO things I could do to overall give me the push I need.

Agreed. Keep building links, keep publishing content, DEF start a mailing list and start selling products. Find some affiliate programs within your niche and sign up to them and promote them on site for commissions. You can even start your own reports or have someone develop a product for you and sell it yourself for 100% commissions.

Also, explore other niches, keep building sites and rank them. If you are on number one for few keywords and yet not making enough money, it means you have chosen a niche with limited potential.

What exactly is a report? I can't seem to find it on the site (probably infront of my face). Can someone help me out.
