Using free traffic getting SEO plugin,but my blogs messed up.

I dont know if this is the right place to post or not as I saw plugins I thought this might be the place to post questions about plugins.
First of all I am using Jeff johnsons free traffic getting SEO plugin,but after applying the blog tweaks,my blog is not displaying only 6 post teasers in my egamer gallery like theme,its displaying only 5 post teasers without any link to my previous posts.It was showing the link to previous posts and the number of posts which I choose to display in my theme options.But after I applied the blog tweaks from free traffic getting SEO plugin,its not displaying correctly the desired no of post teasers which I wanted to appear in my front page.
Please help me out with this one,thanks.
