Can't get Google Data Feeds approved??

Have you worked with Google data feeds (formally AKA Froogle)? I've been beating my head against the wall for the past couple months trying to get my Google data feeds approve but they keep coming back with supposedly missing attributes in the feed file, even though they are all there... I think I nailed it down to Excel screwing up the attribute formatting when saving as text-tab-delimited, but not sure how??

Error I keep getting for my feed file is:
"Missing required attribute: condition (2 errors)
Please make sure you include all required attributes in your data feed.

Item Nr.Line Nr.1223"
