Any news? This would have interesting implications as it may mean you can have unlimited AdWords accounts (if any get rejected).

I did some more research, and I found out you need to apply for one with your bank...I always thought you could just pick 'em up from Shopper's and use them like a gift card

If the card is prepaid, make sure it has the logo of visa.
Look for the official visa logo. If it's there, no problem.
If it's not, you may have a problem. Keep in mind that
there are minimum payment requirements. So make sure
you have the minimum left on your card for your country
or circumstance. Probably the best way is to load as
much as you can at once and bank it with google.
That is, if you plan on anything long term. Save fees on
trickle funding the card. That is, if you plan on a total of
$500, put all $500 in your account. Rather than make
5 $100 deposits on a $100 gift card.

Hai r u wants to use for billing or withdraw ur amount from there ? If only for withdrawl means there so many free reliable companies are there u can
get from them. But they charge for every time u spend the money or withdraw. That card can use as prepaid visa card. u can chk with that thanks.
