Default How To Protect Campaigns From Spy Tools?

Does anybody know how I can protect my PPC campaigns from spy tools like Spyfu? I think I read somewhere that you can have a redirect script to redirect spyfu when they try and access your domain.

Cheers

I'm sure that if you know the spyfu bot, then you could set an agent redirect for that bot. I would think that spufu spiders google looking for adwords info, and not your site.

P.S. If you found my post useful, please click the "Thanks" button below...

1) I use different aff id's on my sites to keep tools from being able to reverse engineer everything I do.
2) some of these tools are membership sites - so you can block the referrer.

It's a tool you can use to spy on other people's PPC campaigns to find the keywords they bid on etc.

Spyfu uses the technology of Velocityscape which extracts the data from google rather from your website. So its not possible to protect your campaigns from spy tools.
