[QUESTION] INDIAN APPLYING ADSENSE USING A UK ADDRESS

I have read somewhere that people from India can easily get approved by adsense if they are applying using a UK address. I've some questionn regardin this
1. What should be the payee
name?
2. Is a UK or US proxy is needed
for this?
3. Can i later transfer the
account in to my country?
