How can I remove distracting navigational buttons on my home page without hurting rankings?

Hello guys:

I have a sex guide for men (e-book) that I sell, so I hope the topics don't offend.

My site www . mistermanpower . net (rookie, can't put links yet...) has a home page that has my main sales points. I have navigational buttons to all of the main topics (deep pages) on the left side (comes out on every page). People say that this can be distracting readers, and it makes perfect sense.

However, I am worried about how it will hurt my SEO rankings. Please note, I have links to all of these deep pages way at the bottom of my home page, but I understand that click distance can play a factor in SEO rankings?

Any advice on how I can do this? Or how I could quickly get home page visitors to the long sales page without distractions?
