Will redirected domain show up in Search Results

I am thinking to get a domain name and have it redirect to CB offer. Do you think there is a way that this domain will show up on google search results?

Do you mean like a Google 302 hijack? It may show up temporarily, but after about 30 days it will be de-indexed.
