Hi there, I ordered PPC Classroom 2 and after reviewing the material, I decided that it wasn't for me and requested a refund through the ticket system on the site. After two days, I can still login to the website BUT if I click on 'Support' at the bottom of the page to check my ticket status, it says "You Do Not Permission To Access" (the grammatical mistake is theirs not mine). Is everybody getting this or have they shut me out so that I cannot pursue my refund? Thanks |

Wow, that's must be a glitch on their system.... I think you should post a message on their blog, I believe taht's the only way to quickly reach them. Just my 2cents. Good luck, Hendra |
