Recommended SEO Plugins for Joomla

Hi

Just started on a new project optimising a Joomla site and wondering if anybody has any recommendations on free plugins that help you with on page optimisation. If you can share your thoughts/experiences that would be great.

I am looking for this info as well as I have been considering using some Joomla templates. I also would like to take a look zen cart seo plugins as well.
