If you had no website and could choose only one Web 2.0 property to try and rank for one specific long tail keyword by building backlinks, link wheels etc to it, which property would it be? Cheers |

I started out doing Hubpages but found that 40% of their cut of adsense was just too much. I now use wordpress and am very impressed. Sincerely, I.B. |

YouTube...it comes down to the content for results but as long as you have your KWs in the title, description, tags and a few backlinks, you'll get the results you're looking for.

For me Hubpages is the best right now, with InfoBarrel coming a close 2nd.

YouTube, simply because it's the most engaging type of media found online. You can do just about anything with it, including the use of direct-sales video's like those in the good old TV days.

I'd go for Hubpages also, I find it's easy to rank with them and I like the interface.

Hubpages - I have around 40 hubs so far. But I will check out InfoBarrel in the future. The thing about hubpages is that I get referral traffic to my sites. |

None of them. You're only putting good content on someone elses website. Instead build a thick affiliate site and dominate that niche that are related to your keywords. It'll reward you more in the future too.

I'd say Hubpages, aside from backlinks, I am also able to generate some clickbank sales through some of my hubs...they get indexed fast and with few backlinking, they can rank first page easily.

Hubpages - as well as getting good SE traffic you get a lot of internal traffic. People are raving about InfoBarrel, but I just don't get that site at all - the featured pages on the homepage get derisory amounts of traffic, and my test Barrels have not performed as well as their Hubpages cousins.
