Can I have a Silo structure and EPN?

I am in the process of setting up a silo structure for my blog as well as an Ebay Partnership Network account, but wondered if I could include ebay auctions on the site due to links out? Does it mean I would have to have the ebay stuff in a sidebar or at the end of the silo going out to another page?

Are you creating the silo structure manually or do you have a plugin?

Raise a ticket with the support, I think they will be able to give you the best advice, also one of the designers is on the forum (ariedel) he is very helpful and I am sure he could help you.
