Hah. Alas, there is no tool that ensures editorial approval. Just don't submit junk abd be patient.

By the way, article submission is pretty much a waste of time. (See here.) Spend the same time making money and invest it in real SEO: that's a much better strategy.

For a new launched site article submission can give a low boost, for the start.

When your article get publish you just need to bookmark it so that, the keywords will get up very soon and help in getting quality links with better indexing.

You can bookmark it, which will send some link juice to your article. But you don't need to.

Can I ask - what is your EZA article for? Backlink? Traffic? The answer to that question will help us to answer your original post.

Yes, you can go for Social Bookmark and search top 20 Do-Follow Social Bookmarking sites thereafter submit your EZA in that sites. It will be helpful for you to drive hug traffic on your site. One more thing also you can give a link to EZA article when you publish article in other article directories or "You can view Original Story and give EZA url" like this.

I like to build a few links to my EZA submissions after they are approved. This will not only pass them some additional "juice" but it will help them to remain indexed after they fall off of the recent articles page and are only accessible from their archives.
