SEO Question About Page Rank-Internal Page Rank 3-What Should I Do?

Hey guys/gals,
This question is directed at the "seo gurus" in WF.

I have just discovered that an internal page on one of my sites is a page rank 3 even though the home page is 0.

Questions are..
1. is there some way I should be leveraging this, for example, making the pr 3 page my home page by making it sticky..

2. Should I be linking out to the other pages on the site to try to boost them or would this cause pr leak?

3. Should I do anything or just leave things be?

In webmaster tools this page is showing 2 backlinks, one from Mister Wong and 1 from Zimbio!

Any constructive suggestions would be appreciated.

P.S. The site is not ranking in the top 200 for my primary keyphrase.

you need to be internally linking your site to spread the page rank around.. if your site is a wordpress blog you want to have a look at the 'silo plugin'

Any idea why a page with 2 backlinks, poor ones at that, would lead to a page having PR3?

How many people sell off their Home Page?

PR doesn't mean traffic and you can't pay the bills with PR.

Look at your traffic and leverage where people enter and fix where they leave.

Forget about PR it doesn't mean anything more than Google has some respect for that page.

I am not trying to sell anything, thanks.

Just wondering why the page has page rank 3 with 2 crappy links.

I take it from your answer that you are equally clueless..
