It seems like google has partially updated toolbar pagerank

I had been working on a site, ravino.it. In April its pagerank dropped to 0 from 3. Just today i found it is 4 now.

I have checked pagerank of other sites i am working. Theirs is same.

Do you notice any change?

I don't think they have updated the PR now, There are no changes in my sites, Yeah am building decent links to my sites regularly. .
