Hey guys, Question for the offline consultants out there that have active clients and experience: How do you handle your SEO fulfillment? Do you outsource (and if so, where, if possible?) As an example, say you close on a client on a $2,500 marketing/SEO package. How do you handle the execution? Thanks so much for any help! -Tom |

Typically I have trained assistants locally to do it for my consulting clients. Doing SEO is not hard. You just have to be consistent and diligent. |

Ah, I should clarify.. I was talking mostly about backlinks and ranking. I usually do the internal optimization myself, including speed testing, image optimization and other misc things. It's the extended work, such as backlinking, that I need to start outsourcing. @barefootsies: what company do you do your outsourcing to? And/or what kind of price range you're looking at? (if you don't mind. If you want to keep it confidential, I totally understand, and you can always just PM me if you don't want to disclose it here) |
