Social bookmarking frequency

What is safe frequency of social bookmarking your site on same bookmarker. I mean is it ok to bookmark once in a week to digg, or may be once in two weeks or may be wait for longer so as to not look spam?

Everytime I bookmark shall i use same login or different login ?

Use a website called socialmarker.com this site allows you to create accounts with about 30 social sites and you can boomark to all of them at once and bookmark each of your sites once a week. this is what i do and its fine, if you have more than 15 or 20 sites then start to create multiple accounts.

for easy sign up use a software called roboform

do you bookmark your homepage every week or a different page?

I use blogs so i will bookmark my post (usually only 1 post), in my post i have a link back to the homepage or root domain www.domain.com.

once a week is fine but remeber there are many more thngs to do beside socialbookmarking this is like something extra or a seo topup
