Why don't google respond to there customers question on time?

My account just won't show any ads right now.

No indication why other than my kw's might be new (they're not) or theres a delay in the system (it's been 6 days).

ads are approved, qs is pretty good. Any ideas?

I've emailed google 6 times now and no reply either time.

I tried calling but i get an automated service advising me to go use the online help feature - which is crap.

Someone mentioned my account may be under review - what is this for and how long does it take?

Google are a bunch of piss takers!
