I always get promotional AdWords vouchers; but they seem to be intended for new accounts only...

Do any exist for ... existing accounts?

I haven't used AdWords in years but the other day they sent me a voucher for $100. I think that is about the only way existing customers can get one.

If you don"t use your adwords account for a while they will send you an email that says:
