looking for an Image Ad Creation tool: got an email promo in the last 6 months...

I generally join every email list I can to collect other peoples promotions, firstly so I can see what others are doing and also to get a headsup on any new offers worth getting involved in.

Unfortunately, that also means I get a shedload of email, and retreiving interesting offers from a while back sometimes becomes an impossible task, especially if the email doesnt overtly discuss the product, but instead is more of a "check this out" type of message.

I'm trying to find a product that caught my eye from a few months back, but sifting through the 10k emails I've received since january is proving tough.

Anyway: I'm looking for a product that was promoted sometime in the last six months. It was a program for creating effective Image adverts. I unfortunately dont recall any specifics about the name or promoter, but I do recall that the image adverts it produced were purposely plain, white background with flashing green text.

I know this is real vague, but I thought if anyone would know it might be a fellow warrior.

Anyone have any inkling about what this Image Ad creation tool might have been?

Alternately, any suggestions on image ad creation tools to look into would be greatly appreciated.
