What is the best firefox extention/addons for seo? i have heard about seo quake and seotoolbar from firefox, what is the best between them? or is there any suggestion?

I never like to use SEO toolbar because i think as compare to SEO toolbar Google toolbar is really good, And in firefox i like search status and i think this is the one of the bast plugin in firefox because in this you can see dofollow nofollow links, numbers of links in one page and you can easily see meat tag of site in one click.

Yep, SEO for Firefox is definitely the best you can get. Used it for years now and it's very helpful for all sorts of things when analysing competition etc.
