Hi I've been doing article marketing mainly to get backlinks for a while now with decent results. I was wondering whether it's better to get one of those article submission tools and spread your articles over multiple sites or just submit manually to those top 10-15 directories. What's your opinion? Regards Heimir EDIT: Which article submission tool or service do you recommend? |

If you're creating articles for backlinks, you should definitely distribute them. Which service you use depends on the amount you want to spend. FreeTrafficSystem.com has a free version. It's a good place to start. Good paid services are UniqueArticleWizard (mostly for article directories), MyArticleNetwork (blogs), SEO LinkVine (blogs), ArticleBlueprint (private network), 1waylinks.net (blogs, requires you to submit a blog to the system) and ArticleRanks (requires you to submit a blog - may be free if you do that, can't remember). |

I guess it depends on what you mean by 'quality'. If you're looking at PageRank, then no they're not all high PageRank sites. If you're trying to avoid sites filled with spam, then the quality of these sites is just fine. I've never had a problem using them and find them safe for any site. |

Ezine Articles, Go Article and Buzzle have both PageRank and moderation. FreeTrafficSystem, 1waylinks.net, ArticleBlueprint, and UniqueArticleWizard manually approve articles at the system level. I know 1waylinks.net also manually approves the blogs added to its system requiring a unique theme, etc. MyArticleNetwork and SEO LinkVine allow blog owners to manually approve articles sent to them and many of them do. They also have a feedback system from blog owners to identify articles that contain 'spam', etc. From the perspective of the blog owner, I would normally want relevant content on my blog (not the links, but content). As 1waylinks.net requires you to add a blog, I started a new one like I suspect many do. It was a PR 1 after just a few weeks with content from their network. Go figure. |
