Jetspinner or Magic Article Rewriter?

I'm starting my article campaigns this coming week and I want to spin each article into say 25-30.

I've used Jetspinner for one of my articles but after checking the uniqueness I'm only getting around 15% after using like 4 to 5 words to use in the spins for ever 4 to 5 words in the article.

What is the difference in Jetspinner against the other spinners?

I'm looking for a one off payment then I own the software rather than a monthly membership.

I don't personally like Jetspinner you should try "The Best Spinner". The name says it all.
