|  purchasing a website... need advice.
what do you guys do when purchasing a website? never done this before. the site seems to get traffic via articles. I was going to just stick one of my squeeze pages on there to get the leads. if i move the hosting to my server, does that affect any of the SEO rankings? any other issues I need to be aware of? thanks. |

Depending on how much your paying for the site I recommend paying by escrow, for your security. If the sites getting traffic through articles just see how many articles are being submitted monthly as this means thats what your going to have to submit to maintain income. Find out what articles are ranking in the search engine so you know what articles are driving the most traffic. Moving the hosting to your server will have no seo effects. Sometimes sites look a lot better at first glance sit back and disect anything that may seem off putting. | |

cool cool... yeah, the site has been getting steady, consistent traffic.... without doing much of any ongoing work....
