Google displaying review "stars" in serps?

Hey guys

Do any of you know how on earth Google is able to do this?
How do they know the review count?

Do certain scripts/cms systems help Google identify this?

I would love to know!

Google "Rich Snippets", you'll suss it.

For Wordpress there's a plugin you can use.
