Someone told me that the best amount of words for the WORK YOU DO for SEO is 300-600 is that true?

If I understand your question correctly, you're asking if 300-600 words is the ideal amount if you're attempting to optimize your site for your topic. If you're building a content-rich website then yes, 300 - 600 words per page is a good way to go about it. |

There's really no specific number of words. The range you're saying is basically an assumption that you're able to write something that's really of useful by that number of words. It is concise enough to make a point but not too long that it dilutes the message of an article. |
