Local Keyword Generator

I am looking for local keyword generator specifically for Canada and other countries like UK, Germany would be very helpful.

A list of all possible combination of locations and keywords would be generated by entering Canadian postal code, the area offline business exists and list of keywords.

Does anyone know this kind of script exists? If not, how much it may costs to develop it?

Why don't you make use of google adwords keywords and then localize it.

Google Adwords will not give me specific results like 5minutesite.com where I got 821 results for los angeles plumbers. Below I am showing only a few searches so you know what is the difference between these two tools. i need the same results but for Canada.

los angeles plumbers Sherman Oaks California
los angeles plumbers Hermosa Beach California
los angeles plumbers Artesia California
los angeles plumbers La Puente California
los angeles plumbers Pacoima California
los angeles plumbers Toluca Lake California

Just get a copy of the Yellow pages on CD. Costs a few dollars but gives you everything.

You can try keywordspy.com, it has the ability to give you keywords that localised!

Thanks Gene for trying to help. I will keep in mind this interesting script but it does not do what I need. It works for US only and I need more specific variables for doing local searches in Canada.

Use caps when entering the postal code for Canada and a space in the middle
example:
L1B 1N7

We're using google ad words, there you can every specify options also. Why you don't try...
