Let's take for example keyword "penis": I discovered that though it appears in Google Keyword Tool and have searches and all that, in Google Suggest it simply won't show up and all the "bad" words, try it. I am currently planning on making a health website, but question is should i write articles about XXX words and publish them on my website... Won't that hurt reputation of my website and decrease rankings? |

Hi Boris, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "...it simply won't show up and "bad words" try it." However, basing on the context of your post, if you are concerned with the reputation of your website and decreasing your rankings, by posting Google Suggest classified XXX words such as "penis", solely for medical purposes then maybe you should attempt other more neutral and more medical specific terms. In the case of the word "penis" for example, why don't you try using "male sex organ" or "male genitals" instead of penis, I don't know is these words will check out well in Google Suggest, but I guess it would be worth a try. Hope this helps. Bob |

This post did not make any sense. So, like the real-world person I am, I searched for the one word. And sure enough, adwords came up with the word just fine, as well as a ton of results. So, not sure exactly what the post is about. It could indeed hurt the reputation of your site, if that's what you are really asking and probably what google is cautioning you on. If you want traffic from all sources, you will care. If, like most of those so-called "health" sites, you don't care, then it really does not matter. But it would not be that word, it would be the whole genre. It is looked upon as spamzola. Paul |

Would "male enhancement" work better than "penis enlargement"? | |

Since you have chosen the topic for your site, you have effectively thumbed your nose at reputation. That topic, like I said, is looked upon as spam. Does that matter in your case? Probably not. You can't have any site that deals with that topic and not expect the baggage that comes with it. That said, there can be folly in letting google dictate what you do. Sometimes you have to read between the lines. It really does not matter what alternative terms you use. Google indexes any and all. But the trick is going to take it to the top of the results. For that, you need a lot of love. My guess is that for those terms, the SEO is a shade different. Way too many variables. Why do you think we get spammed with that stuff? Paul |

Though that word shows no suggestions - if you change it to "penile" it has suggestions. Must be that particular word and the terms most often associated with it.
