I have a group of friends who bookmark each others site and also share it on twitter and facebook. And it works for me. You can do same. But remember you can also get banned by the social bookmarking site doing this so do it properly. |

I don't think there is any other techniques except manual submission. If there is any other it will create negative impression in search engine.
