Depends what sort of SEO your looking for.

My SEO team I found on Craigslist Philippines. You'll find
a ton of people there for cheap.

Each person I have doing SEO works 40 hours a week
for about $250-$300 a month. Hiring somebody part time
is usually not a good solution because in the beginning
the work they do will be really good but will begin to
slack. The reason why is because they'll find other jobs
to fill in the "part time" gap.

Feel free to email me with any questions...

super cheap rate - means you only get newbies. Once people have more experience they will charge more.

cool. i totally missed out craigslist. thanks man.

Well i am looking for a more or less developed team with experience and understanding of seo and link building.

I dun want to hassle into training or finding individuals to do my link building projects.

I need a team who is on constant development of their seo research. Also a team who gives a wholistic approach to seo instead of just a few platform i.e. article submission, pr releases, directory/rss submissiom, etc.

The main thing is i dont want to waste my time training these people. I just want to outsource 1000s of my keywords to them.

Any idea?

Well, not necessarily newbies. SEO is so easy to learn that the market catches up like wild fire.

the seo market is so abundant nowadays that price has dropped like no one's business.

the last team i hired was doing 100 keywords for $150 a month with an optimum link building approach.

And i am very sure that there are tons of such teams who are able to do that for me at an equal rate. Just that i have not found a great one yet.

Need your help though...

Global Citizen, I think you're needing a firm or a company to outsource your project. Those sites that you have tried were all freelancer sites where employees are working from home. You can't guarantee that they are working exclusively to your projects and dedicated to their work. I suggest to hire employees from an outsourcing companies because leased staff are permanent workers of a company and are easy to reach in case you need them. They are formally trained, educated and instructed with only top-notch standards, leading the outsourcing industry.

Hi Myeanne.

Thank you for your PM.

care to share with me your pricings please.

Most of my projects are project-basis. most of the time they get paid when the project is successfully finished.

Tips: I've finally found a better of getting quality work after numerous hiring/firing full time staffs. Project basis seems to work fine for me.

Hi Global Citizen,

You could also try Virtual Personal Assistant - TaskUs.com it's affordable as well and it's been recommended by Michael Dunlop of IncomeDiary.com. I've interviewed him about this website and also took a look and it seems to be affordable and flexible when it comes to providing your SEO needs.

I hope this helps.

Hi there

Before outsourcing the SEO projects, you should have the proper knowledge of what exactly you need. Once you figure out this. you can contact many of different companies providing these services.

Thanks,

There are millions of folks to outsource to using companies like oDesk and others.

Once you have interviewed your candidates and hired someone, I highly recommend you train them on exactly what you want them to do. Just make a little PowerPoint presentation or a video using Camtasia or Jing.

My best to you.

I think it is just easier to find someone and put them on fulltime. For only a few hundred bucks per month and training, you can have them do any task that you would normally do yourself.

I also second oDesk. You will eat through a few contractors before you find ones that you like. Get their e-mail address and hire them outside of oDesk if it's not an hourly job that needs to be tracked. Also give people small test projects before you hire them for large projects. Biggest thing is to make sure quality of work and delivery of work on time.

My recommendation is to be sure to get feedback and/or references.

Alot of companies claim they know SEO, and actually don't have a clue.
They likely won't hurt your rankings but will hurt your pocketbook.

Be sure they know what they are doing and have the references and
clients to back it up. Check their references, check their rankings
and you should be golden.

I definitely recommend using an outsourcing company over hiring someone working from their house. People working from home have no supervision and end up being a lot less productive with your time. Whereas someone that works for an outsourcing company has to "go to work" to work for you where he is under supervision. Also, many of these companies will even allow you to hire a project manager to oversee your team...and at $300 to $600 a VA you cant go wrong!

I am sure, when you are going for very low-cost you may missed out your quality (as it applicable for everything), There are people who are using blackhat method may offer such very low cost services, but as you know, Google really hates blackhat.

I guess, there is a forum about blackhat and there you can get people to do SEO work, but you are under risk as far as most of them may follow blackhat SEO.....!!!

I would stay away from Fiverr and other measly SEO service providers. Fiverr is terrible for SEO, and no wonder, you can't be expecting miracles for just $5.

I personally only outsource the content creation part of SEO, I submit everything myself using various automation tools. Please check out this thread I wrote during Christmas on outsourcing for further reference:
