web 2.0 sites

hey, so i've read its good practice to create web 2.0 sites and link them to the money site. I've also heard its good to link to the 2.0 sites to create more link juice to those links..

Few questions..

1. for the 2.0 sites should they been very optimisted for the keyword?
2. should it have it in the title(im worried about said page out ranking my money page)
3. when linking to the web2.0 page should i be using my keyword too?
4. how many 2.0 sites do you use to funnel your link juice though to your money site?
5. any other tips or info welcome
