Some of my keywords have been disapproved. When I click the speech bubble icon next to the keywords

Some of my keywords have been disapproved. When I click the speech bubble icon next to the keywords in question it says they have an Invalid HTTP Response Code. Why? The URL for these specific keywords is correct and works fine if I copy and paste it into the address bar.

Are you talking about Adwords? What is the URL?

yes it's adwords.the url is simple http://www.domain.com/sciatique.htm
