Tool to find Google Sponsored Links??

Does anyone know which tools will find sponsored links on Google SERPS?

So if I search for say, dog grooming in Dallas, Houston and Austin, TX...the tool will tell me that there are Adwords sponsored links on the SERPS for dog grooming in Dallas and Houston...but not Austin. That's the gist of what I need to do.

I want to input a LIST of geo-target keyword phrases and the tool searches Google then reports whether or not Sponsored links (from Adwords advertisers) show up on the SERPS.

I've seen tools like this, but can't remember which ones do this.

Any help is appreciated...

Hm, I am guessing Google is pretty good at finding sponsored links in Google SERPs?!

But of course, there's also KeywordSpy, where you can type in any keyword and it will let you know the AdWords competitors for it.
